YCS VENOOR

In the year 2000, the YCS Unit of Venur was established under the guidance of Fr. James D'Souza, the then Parish Priest of Christ the King Church, Venur as it successfully completed its glorious 24 years with enthusiasm and zeal.

'See, Judge, Act' is the methodology of YCS that guides as the principle for navigating emerging youths  life's challenges and achieving success and happiness.

Currently, the unit comprises 17 students consisting of 11 Boys and 6 girls from First and Second PUC

Initially, the focus was on:

- Spiritual growth

- Leadership development

- Community service

YCS continues to empower young Catholics to:

- Live their faith

- Promote social justice

- Build a better world.
